Kris is a local organic orchardist and a West Nile Virus survivor. 

Rosemary Bilchak

Appointed 2009, replacing Michael Soule, whose term extended until 2012.  Must run for re-election in 2010 to finish out term.

Tara Budinger - Secretary

Elected May 2008.  Term ends May 2010.

Tara Budinger is a psychologist who has been active in providing public education for West Nile Virus prevention through the local Grange community service project.  She lives in Paonia with her husband and daughter and enjoys gardening and 4-H.

Kevin Parks - Treasurer

Appointed May 2008.  Term ends May 2010. (Assumed Bill Kolb's seat when he resigned in May 2008.)

    Kevin is a 4th generation Delta County resident.   Survivor of West Nile Virus since August 2006. Runs insurance and financial services offices in Paonia and Delta.  Lives with wife Jackie at Midway.  Kevin loves living in our our valley and wants no one else to contact WNV.

Robin Smith

Appointed August 2008.  Term ends May 2010. (Replacing Dwayne Shearer, who resigned in May 2008).
