Kris is a local organic orchardist and a West Nile Virus survivor. 

Michael Soule - Treasurer

Elected May 2008.  Term ends May 2012.

Michael is a conservation scientist.  He has lived in the North Fork Valley for 12 years.  Before that he did field work in Africa, the Caribbean, the Adriatic, Mexico, California, and the Elk Mountains, and he taught at several universities, and published extensively on the ecology, genetics, and conservation of insects, reptiles, mammals and birds.  He is a hunter and rafter.  Michael had West Nile Fever in 2006.  

Tara Budinger - Secretary

Elected May 2008.  Term ends May 2010.

Tara Budinger is a psychologist who has been active in providing public education for West Nile Virus prevention through the local Grange community service project.  She lives in Paonia with her husband and daughter and enjoys gardening and 4-H.

Kevin Parks

Appointed May 2008.  Term ends May 2010. (Replacing Bill Kolb, who resigned in May 2008.)

    Kevin is a 4th genertion Delta County resident.  Loves the North Fork Valley.  Hates Mosquitos and bickering about minor problems. 

Looks forward to the best safe, effective, mosquito control available.  Kevin will be handling most of the phone calls on the hot line.  527-6681.
